He is also Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Jagatpur Post Graduate College, and Affiliated Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. He has completed M.Phil and PhD. from Department of Psychology, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. He has completed Post-Doctoral Fellow of Indian Council Social Science Research, Delhi.
