Presently he is the Professor & Head of the Department of Community Medicine & Psychology at government SDJH Medical College & Hospital, Azamgar, Uttar Pradesh providing Consultancy, Training, Monitoring, IEC development, Curriculum Designing & Development to Various Universities, Government Departments,NGOs, CBOs, UN Organizations, Youth Organizations (NSS,NCC,NYK,Scout & Guide) on various broad spectrum issues like- Growth & Development,MCH,ARSH,HIV/AIDS etc. He has 5 Books, Numorous articles, Papers, Monographs, Concept Notes & Vision Documents on Community Health, Mental Health, Psychological and Medical Issues to his credit.He has been awarded Prestigeous American Excellence Award for Holistic Medicine and Community Health.
He has received The President of India’s Award for his acumen of social service in Adolescenc. He propels panindian Adolescents & Youth on Life Skills, Healthy Lifestyle, Sexuality Education, Family Life Education, Career Counseling etc. He has been Master Trainer on De-addiction Counselling, Psychological First Aid, Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention, Family Life Education, Sexuality Education to the UN Organisations, Government of india’s Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Youth Affairs. He is a recognized Guide, Mentor and Supervisor. He has been Keynote Speaker and Chairperson to various World Congresses and International Conferences.
